Our philosophy is to find solutions and avoid conflict whenever possible, although we recognize this is not always feasable. We prefer taking a long term approach, recognizing the needs of children come first and parents must be able to work together long after divorce for the children's well being. When this approach is not taken by the opposing party, we aggressively protect and assert our client's rights and interests.
