OUR PEOPLE - ANDREA LABONTE
Attorney Labonte practices in the field of civil litigation. Within this field she focuses on personal injury, workers compensation, commercial and business disputes and family law. She has experience in jury trials, bench trials, administrative proceedings, mediations and negotiated settlements.
Andrea is admitted to practice in New Hampshire and the United States District Court in New Hampshire. She received her Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from the University of New Hampshire, and her Juris Doctorate from Franklin Pierce Law Center in 1997 where she was a member of Phi Alpha Delta law fraternity.
Andrea is a member of the American Bar Association and belongs to its Litigation Section. She belongs to the New Hampshire Bar Association and is a member of its Workers Compensation and the Family Law Sections. She belongs to the New Hampshire Trial Lawyers Association, New Hampshire Women's Bar Association, the Merrimack County Bar Association and the Batchelder/Webster Inn of Court. Andrea has participated in the Domestic Violence Emergency Project (DOVE), which provides training to attorneys who assist victims of domestic violence. She has also volunteered on Lawline, a legal telephone assistance program sponsored by the New Hampshire Bar Association.
